Returns and cancellations
Ask the seller for the terms that apply to an accepted order.
Before delivery
For changes or cancellation after using the checkout, discuss the request with the seller or its representative when contacted.
Ordinary returns
The standard Nutra policy provides a 15 calendar day return window after delivery for a new, unused product, with the customer paying the actual return shipping cost. The seller must confirm the terms applicable to your order.
Return address and refund
Use the return address and instructions supplied by the seller. The publisher’s correspondence address is not a return address. Under the standard Nutra policy, the refund is processed within 7 days after the seller receives the returned product.
Legal rights
Mandatory rights for damaged, incorrect or defective goods, and any other rights under the law governing your purchase, remain in force.
